My boyfriends TM9260 sim card is prepaid and he's had it for a few years. They have / had no clue on simcard numeration, codes, meanings, capacities, other then "post paid sim cards and prepaid sim cards are different". With that said.is there anyway i can purchase a "TM9260" simcard and activate it with my current number? ( interchangeable sim between both devices is a must.i need iPhone for gps/data when out and about.and dumb phone for call n text at home only -detox from smartphones. you must have and older simcard in order to operate. ***please note to all other users with an old unlocked GSM device running on 2G network only "dumb phone". Upon inserting it into the sidekick, the sidekick does not even acknowledge it has a sim card. My main phone, iphone7 has a "TM9263" prepaid simcard and these new sim cards only operate on 3G and higher networks. i have come to narrowing it down to only being compatible with t-mobile sim cards that have "TM9260" written on it. After weeks of extensive research, troubleshooting and back and forth with customer service, on the mission to having my t-mobile sidekick 3 device alive again.
